e-blast Service

Do you have a book, service, or business that you want others to know about? Maybe you want to reach a wider market than the one you’re already reaching. Our e-blast is exactly what you need! The e-blast will reach our list and social networks and can easily be forwarded by you to those in your sphere of influence!

Need an e-blast? In His Season, Inc. can provide you with exactly what you need at a reasonable rate! Order an e-blast on-line, email your request to info@inhisseason.com or call 770-943-7600. Once you decide the service that you need, we will provide you with an invoice for payment. When contacting us please include all of your billing and contact information.

When you receive your invoice there are several ways that payments can be made, keep in mind that the sooner we receive your payment, the sooner we may begin the work on your e-blast (no service will be provided prior to receipt of payment).

• Credit Card Payments: Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal will be accepted

• Business Check or Money Order Payments to our address: P.O. Box 248, Powder Springs, GA 30127. (This is only recommended when you have sufficient time and are not in a hurry, checks must clear prior to service)

e-blast Rates start as low as $50.00 which include distribution to our database of Active Email Users as well as posting on various Social Networking sites! Rates are based on the number of e-blast requested, if art design is included or not included, the number of changes required, and the expected turn-around time/rush job.

We can design your e-blast if we design your e-blast, we’ll need you to email all photos and logos that you want included in your e-blast, also any text being used should be included in the email. Please try to send one email and include the invoice number in the subject line of the email to avoid any mix-up.

When sending text, please make sure that you submit your text in spell-checked Microsoft Word format. We are not responsible for typographical errors caused by errors in the submitted text file. A $20 fee per change will be charged to you if changes have to be made after the first time. However, if there was something that was omitted from your original request, no fee will be charged. If you wish to have a revised design, there is a $100 revision fee.

Do’s and Don’ts this is all of the information that you’ll need to get your e-blast designed quickly and beautifully!

Do send Jpeg format for photos and logos (300dpi)

• Use professional photos
• Use professionally designed logos
• Attach the jpeg format photos and logos to email as an attachment
• Include all contact information that you want included in your e-blast
• Include links to your web site, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn social networking sites (only one clickable link will be included) 
• We require a Minimum-Maximum 5-7 Business Days for full page e-blast designs and 2-4 business days for your pre-designed e-blast.
• Turnaround time starts from the date that all of your information is received and not on the date of purchase.
• When your e-blast is designed, we will send you a proof for your review. All e-blast designed by us must be proofed and approved prior to sending. Failure to approve your e-blast will result in the e-blast delay.
• If you are submitting a pre-design, unless you specifically request it, no proof for approval will be sent for pre-designs, however all pre-designs must be approved by us before being sent out. Should your design fall below our design standards, our design service will be offered. Pre-designs will only be accepted as Jpegs.
• We can add one (1) link to your pre-design.

Don’t send your pre-design as an html file, only jpegs will be accepted. We will not assemble any pre-designs meaning adding text to your content, putting your provided images together in e-blast form for pre-designs.
